Also named as 'Peng Feng Tea', this oolong is heavily oxidized. The 5-colour curly leaves are its characteristic outlooks and good ones should have bright and brilliant hue. The best tea should be signified with the amber liquid, honey or ripe fruit aroma, as well as sweet and mellow taste.
