You are required to register with us when you use the services or place an order. By registering you are making a statement, upon which we are entitled to rely, that you are aged 18 years or above and capable of forming a legally binding contract.

Purchasing Policy

By purchasing Pu-erh in 600g packing can receive 10% discount.
2.2
We will confirm receipt of your purchasing order by email.
2.3
We reserve our right not to accept or cancel an order for any reasons at our sole discretion, including but not limited to the following:
2.3.1
No sufficient stock to deliver the merchandise you have ordered;
2.3.2
No delivery can be arranged for your area;
2.3.3
One or more of the merchandises you ordered was listed at an incorrect price due to human or computer error.
3.
Delivery Service
3.1
Local :
Customers with an order amount of HK$500 or above can enjoy free delivery.
Customers with an order amount less than HK$500 will need to pay HK$60 for delivery.
3.2
Overseas :
Overseas order will be delivered thru Hong Kong Speedpost. We will send an email to customer confirming the actual weight and postage charge, shipment will be arranged once we confirm receipt of the postage charge.
4.
Payment Method
4.1
Online Payment :
Customers can follow the instruction to complete the payment process with PayMe, your order will be shipped once we receive confirmation of the payment transaction.
4.2
Bank Payment :
Customers can deposit directly to our DBS Bank Account (Account No. 000375269 / Account Name : SILVER TINKLING), your order will be shipped once we receive your deposit advice.
5.
Return Arrangement
If customers request a return due to shipping error, product damaged or with any quality defects, email notification must be sent to us within 3 days from receiving the products. Otherwise, no return can be arranged. Customers will bear delivery charge for the return goods.
6.
General
6.1
We reserve the right at any time without notice to revise the content of our site, including the services offered by us as well as these terms and conditions.
6.2
We have the sole discretion to deny users access to our site or any part of our site without notice and to decline to provide our services to any user that is in breach of these terms and conditions.
6.3
In the event of any dispute, our decision shall be final and conclusive.
