Green Tea

Category : Tea without oxidation, with green leaves and light yellowish green liquid.

 

Types : Dragon Well, Green Snail Spring, Hairy Buds of Huang Shan.

 

Quantity : Use teapots of 200cc to 500cc and then fill 1/5 of it with tea leaves.

 

Brewing : Use 100℃ water to clean and heat the leaves first. Discard this water and use 80℃ water for susequent brews. The steeping time increases with the brews.
