

Black Tea
Category : Tea with continuing oxidation. The colour of tea leaves turns darker with time.
Type : Yunnan Pu-erh, Liu Bao of Guang Xi, Liu An of An Hui.
Quantity : Use teapots of 300cc to 500cc and then fill 1/4 to 1/3 of it with tea leaves.
Brewing : Use 100℃ water to clean and heat the leaves first. Discard this water and use 100℃ water for each brew. The steeping time increases with the brews.
