Red Tea

Category : Tea with full oxidation, with tea leaves dark red to black in colour.

 

Types : Keemun red tea, Dian Hong "Kung Fu" tea, Ying De red tea, Yi Xing red tea.

 

Quantity : Use teapots of 200cc to 300cc and then fill 1/5 of it with tea leaves.

 

Brewing : Use 100℃ water to clean and heat the leaves first. Discard this water and use 100℃ water for susequent brews. Don't steep the tea.
