

Yellow Tea
Category : Tea with slight post-oxidation, with greenish yellow leaves and liquid.
Types : Jun Shan Silver Needle, Huo Shan Yellow Buds, Meng Ding Yellow Buds.
Quantity : Use teapots of 200cc to 500cc and then fill 1/5 of it with tea leaves.
Brewing : Use 100℃ water to clean and heat the leaves first. Discard this water and use 90℃ water for susequent brews. The steeping time increases with the brews.
